We are currently in the middle of a '2 day' job having our windows replaced, moving a door and pricing up an internal door. Let me take you through the saga.

September 1st - fitters arrive over 2 hours later than expected without so much as a call to say why. 2 off white sash windows in the bedroom are fitted and then a bright white surround is slapped on the inside. It looked completely ridiculous and was clearly wrong. Left a message with Supaglazing making it clear I wasn't happy.

September 2nd - fitters arrive to 'finish the job' and fixed the issue with the different coloured surround. They cut *** in the wall the put the door in and everything seemed to be going okay, until we found out that the spare room window was 3cm too small and therefore would have to be re-ordered. I called Steve at Supaglazing to discuss this and he told me that as it was an issue my replacement window would be rushed through and that he may have it as early as Monday or it would be at some point that week. As the fitters had not even begun on the large living room windows, Steve suggested that if we waited until the following Monday he could guarantee that we would get the job finished in one go. I agreed that if it was a week it was better to get the whole job finished in one go, but stated that if the spare room window would take longer to arrive I wanted the living room windows completed asap.

September 5th - Plasterer arrives to touch up the walls. I presumed that Steve would have cancelled the plasterer, considering that the job was nowhere near finished and felt sorry for the guy as he was at a loss as to what to do with himself. He was given no information about the job prior to arriving, which seems to be a consistent theme throughout the whole process.

I would like to, at this point, make it clear that my issue is with Supaglazing and their disgusting lack of organisation and service, not with the tradespeople who undertook the work.

September 12th - Fitters arrive to fit the rest of the windows, again they have absolutely no idea what is going on. I ask them about the spare room window and they do not have it. Call the office and ask to speak to Steve, told he isn't available and will call me back. Living room windows are fitted and look great, until you see that where a chunk of concrete has come away from the pillar between the windows, which is an original feature, concrete has been slapped on as if a five year old did it leaving it ruined.

September 13th - Myself and my partner make repeated attempts to speak to Steve to find out when our job will be completed and our house will resemble a home not a building site. Steve did not call me back, he got a lady called Kelly to do so instead. Kelly did not know anything about my job and therefore her call was essentially pointless. It is not fair to me to ignore my calls and leave me in the dark and it is also not fair on poor Kelly who bore the brunt of my anger as she was the only person I was able to actually speak to!

September 14th - Again, repeated calls are made and I stress that it is imperative that he calls me back today. He did not.

September 15th - We call, get told Steve will call back. Yet again kelly calls back and says that there was an issue with what was happening with the bricking up of the living room door. Granted, between the surveyor coming and the job starting we changed our decision as to what to block it up with, bit we told Supaglazing this with plentiful notice. For them to not know, 2 weeks after the job was meant to be done, what was happening is ludicrous. I stress we need the job finished asap.

September 16th - We call, we leave messages, we don't get called back.

Who knows how long this saga will continue?! We are being completely left in the dark about what is happening to our own home, which is an absolute state with their materials left everywhere and holes in the walls.

We have new kitchen arriving and been fitted in 2 weeks, if Supaglazing have not finished the job by next week I can;t get everything plastered before the kitchen arrives. See the issue here?

The windows that have been fitted are average at best (they haven't even put the bloody handles on them yet) and certainly don't make up for the continuous issues we have had. But, out of everything, the absolutely disgusting customer service by Steve and the management team at Supaglazing is the reason for this review.

Never in my life have I left a negative review online as I prefer to speak to people regarding issues. However, when repeated attempts to do this have fallen flat I am left with no choice.

Use Supaglazing at your peril.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
